course for several years

Although most children have an alternating course for several years, exacerbations (outbreaks or relapses) are the times when they are worse. References are the times when it seems that arthritis disappears.

Sometimes a common viral infection (flu or cold) Hondrocream can trigger a relapse. It can be frustrating for parents to see how this happens, especially when it seemed that the illness was gone or had improved a lot.
